Pure Water Consultants was founded by Roger Evanek and Robert Bulizak in Binghampton, NY in January, 1992. Since then, we have grown into an organization with three locations and 26 employees. We are committed to providing clean, quality RainSoft water and products to customers in 22 counties throughout upstate New York.
